Brad Oliver Realty is an independently owned PEI realty company established in 2001. We are active members of the PEI Real Estate Association and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Members of these associations are eligible to show and sell all MLS properties on Prince Edward Island.

We are situated in the small but active town of Montague, located in Kings County in the eastern part of the Island. Our office is central to hundreds of miles of coastline and we want to be your connection to our Island's real estate market.

As well as helping clients buy and sell homes in Montague, we have many listings in the surrounding communities of Cardigan, Georgetown, Souris, Murray River, Murray Harbour, Wood Islands, Belfast, Vernon River and many more small villages and communities in Kings and Eastern Queens County.
